Appearance & Needs of the Jack Tzu

Size: 10-18 pounds
Color: Varying Colors, most often Brindle & White or Brown & White
Coat: Short & Smooth or Long and Soft
Activity: Jack Tzu puppies will benefit from daily exercise or hardy play.  They are ideal for a big back yard, but are capable of happy living in a small home or apartment with the right amount of exercise or walks.
Grooming: Due to matting, longer hair should be brushed regularly.  Keep nails trimmed and their ears clean.
Shedding: Although Shih Tzu do not shed, Jack Russells do.  Therefore a Jack Tzu may be a light to moderate shedder.
Life Expectancy: 12-15 years
